getting dressed to lace up shoes
"Today I want you get up and get dressed to lace-up shoes when you first get up in the morning. This means fix your hair and face, too."
Well I get the getting dressed part, and I don't really wear make up on the regular, but I have been using cleanser, toner AND moisturizer. About as made up as I get.
The last part makes almost no sense to me. Especially since I never wear shoes in the home, or anyone else's home, unless they insist I do.
I don't own any lace up shoes( besides sneakers). I really don't understand this, and usually don't do this part. I ended up wearing slip on shoes. It just felt strange, plus the baby took off my shoes. I guess he thought it was strange too. Thinking of maybe adjusting it to be wearing socks? I'll try for a few more days.
