I love reading and writing, but I am a very literal person, who appreciates very literal stories. I enjoy a good metaphor, but I don't want too much highfalutin mumbo jumbo, as Gilbert Blythe would say.

Except when it's really good. When the abstract writing is so good it is literal? That's what I wish I achieved more often

also why is that scene in your fic when they are outside the sorority house not canon. It really should be. I feel like petitioning the writers. There needs to be Damon/Elena sexy semi-public fully clothed shenanigans. Viewership would improve, I'm certain of it.

OMG, that scene. The build up just about killed me, no lie. Everyone needed to get off by they time we got there. I'm glad you enjoyed it. And I would not be surprised at all if there was something along those lines in the near-distant future :D
