My summer is over
Well, I guess you can say that my summer is over. It is Tuesday, and I have been to trainings today and yesterday, and I have to go to another one on Friday. So I guess I will go to my room tomorrow to get it back in order. We begin next tuesday, and it will take me several days to get organized. So, goodbye summer, hello school year. But...it is my last year, and it is only for four days a week. I have already gone to three days of training in the last couple of weeks. The good thing is that I will get a stipend of $50 a day for all these trainings. Daddy and I are having a time figuring out a way for us to be in 2 places at once with only 1 vehicle. For example, Thursday, I have a hair appointment at 11:00. I thought I would have the car after I dropped him off at school. However, he has a principal's meeting in Grand Lake also on that day. So, we will have to do some creative planning for that day. In other news, I surely have had a good time telling people that I am going to be a grandma. At these trainings, I see people that I only see at school functions, and they haven't heard yet. It's so much fun telling them. Oh, Karalee, Ms. Julie saw Ms. Cindy last night and told her, and she was so excited. She said "I can't believe Karalee is going to have a baby. That is so good." It is about 4:30 now, and Daddy is not home from school yet. I also don't have anything here to cook for supper. Update: Karalee just called. She had a break and was eating some crackers. She is having a good time in sunny and chilly California. It was good to hear from her. My bathroom is complete and I think, quite pretty. Daddy's is finished except for putting on another door. He bought a white one, but hasn't had time to put it on yet. He has lighthouses in his bathroom, and I have peony flowers in mine. I bought a picture at BB&b and it looks fabulous on the wall. Well, no more news that I can thing of. Love all of you. Mom.
