Fandom: Original [game: sigillums]

Ratings/Warnings: From G to PG13; het and possibly some gay. There is vague allusions to sex, too... Oh! And a threesome that's not really a threesome as well. >: ENJOY

1. serenade
He can play the piano and she watches as his fingers dance along ebony and ivory, taking in the grace of movements and how his body moves accordingly to the song and tempo and, quietly, she moves to stand behind him and wrap her arms around his neck as his continues on.

2. dreams and nightmares
He is sometimes plagued at night with nightmares and it plays out like a silent movie -- there is no voice when anyone speaks and the color is so monotone it's almost depressing; there is a part when he is with them both, laughing and carrying on and they are happy, happier than they had ever been before and then he blinks and they're gone; there is nothing left but a black void and blood splattered everywhere; he awakes with a start, gasping for air and sitting up quickly as cold sweat covers his body and there is movement to either side and a bleary eyed Odette murmurs something, tugging at the sleeve of his shirt, while Huang sits up and peers at his friend with a worried expression before kissing him chastely on the lips and telling him everything was all right because they wouldn't be going anywhere.

3. time
Time consisted of years, years consisted of days, days consisted of hours, hours consisted of minutes, and minutes consisted of seconds; and each yeardayhourminutesecond he spent with them was a memory engraved in both heart and mind.

4. you, me and the car crash
It had happened all too fast -- a loud honk and tires screeching as one of them tried to swerve out of the way but it was too late; bright lights and a crash as the oncoming car hit them square on the passenger side; a scream and yells and glass shards are flying everywhere and it's a miracle that they survived.

5. restlessness
Quirk #473978: Huang got restless if he was forced to sit in one position or place for too long; however, he seemed perfectly fine if he was standing for hours on end.

6. things you need to know
One evening Faramond had left both Odette and Huang alone due to business and having to meet up with a potential client; Huang took this opportunity to give Odette a fair warning: "There is only one thing you really need to know and that's that I don't plan on ever giving Faramond up to you."

7. golden
It was moments like this--laying beneath the clear blue sky in a patch of flowers with two of the most important people to either side of you, holding their hand, and just drifting off to the sound of their quiet talking--that were the most peaceful.

8. wilderness
Both Faramond and Odette agreed; camping had to be one of the stupidest ideas that Huang had ever thought of.

9. masquerade
Their relationship was a bit of a masquarade; they all wore masks and refused to let anyone remove it because, when that happened, the party would be over.

10. space
Her expression did not change nor did her expression falter as she stood before him with a suitcase to her side and said, "I need space."

11. a careful deception
It was easy to feign ignorance or that you liked someone and that was exactly what Huang did when it came to Odette, because it would hurt Faramond if he knew that his best friend could not see what he saw in her.

12. genius
"You're not a genius, you're just an idiot."

13. oracle
He stood before what was known as the Oracle and quietly spoke to it, murmuring a question beneath his breath and it gave no answer because that question lied solely upon his shoulders and how he would act on it.

14. the snows of winter
It was a well known fact that Faramond had a dislike of winter and would skulk about whenever it was snowing, taking to hiding beneath the blankets or locking himself away in his study; it would take everything that Huang and Odette had to get the third member of their party to even fathom considering going outside in such cold and dreary looking weather.

15. strays
They just stared at the blond man and the box of kittens he was both proudly and protectively holding.

16. long-distance
"When will you be back?" She asked, her voice quiet and uneasy, hands gripping his own tightly and Faramond studies Odette quietly before glancing over the top of her head and to his friend in the distance, waiting patiently, and he bows down to kiss her forehead and smiles softly, "I will be back as soon as possible, for distance can't ever keep me from your side."

17. definite borders
There were some definite borders that could not be crossed; there were times when they were crossed and there was a heavy fine for such a stupid action.

18. blood
Huang's eyes widened as he stared at the red tainted snow and limp body it surrounded; no, no no there was no way that anything that horrible had happened -- it was a bad dream, a bad joke, it had to be and when he glanced up from the body the figure of a young, pink haired woman caught his attention and the only thing he felt then was undeniable hatred.

19. sparks
When he kissed either of them there were sparks on his lips and fireworks behind his eyes; they were the only people to ever cause such a heated reaction.

20. hearsay
She heard from others, friends of the family who had seen him and were whispering behind the family's back about how disgusting and wrong the boy's behavior was and she calls him -- calls them -- to the household and it there that his mother slaps him, says that his behavior is not fit for that of a den Adelle and declares then and there, before her very own daughter and both her son's lovers, that she has no son.

21. runaways
"Lets run away and go to a place where no one knows our names or pasts or gives a damn about what we do behind closed doors."

22. apology
It would take more than an apology to ever fix the pain inflicted all those years ago.

23. chains
Fate could be cruel and, even if they couldn't see them, the three of them were chained together in a destiny thats road could not be steered differently.

24. ashes
It was what his father would have wanted, Faramond would answer quietly as he stood between Huang and Odette before the lake and tossed the ashes into the wind.

25. the prince
In a sense the trio was a bit like a prince, a princess, and a knight -- Faramond the prince, Odette the princess, and Huang the knight.

26. decoder ring
She had never seen one before, had not a clue what it was for and both Faramond and Huang were shocked to know this and proceeded to explain to the pink haired woman just what a decoder ring was, how purely awesome it could, and the super-cool meaning behind it.

27. revenge
Revenge, he thought, licking his lips and listening to her little whimpers and gasps and moans, was a dish best served in bed.

28. the guiding hand
When he grew older his sight started to fade until all he could see was black but that did not stop him from trying to see because he did still have eyes and the guidance of two people most important to him.

29. sensitivity
They had to watch what they said around him and how they said it because Faramond was the type of person to be easily hurt and he was as sensitive as glass -- the slightest tap could crack it and the heaviest hit could break it.

30. Chinese whispers
"...that doesn't even make sense," Faramond said as confusion flooded his face, everyone in the group turning their attention to him, "a horse is trying to open a pickle jar with tuna..."

31. fading twilight
Faramond told them both once, as all three of them watched the sun setting beyond the horizon, that life was just like the twilight: while it fades there is always that hope of it to flourish once again.

32. show and tell
"If you show me yours I'll show you mine."

33. whoops!
Somehow, someway, Huang had talked Faramond into wearing a dress (one of Odette's dresses, to boot) and when she arrived to the apartment she caught them in a very compromising situation and she did her best to control her temper -- the keyword "tried" -- but it was no use when that all too familiar, sing-song voice said "whoops!"

34. phoenix
He was like a freakin' phoenix; he always somehow seemed to come back -- only, unlike a phoenix, he did not die and was then reborn instead it was right at the brink of being pronounced dead that his body would react, recover and he would wake.

35. human remedy
There was nothing either of them could do as they listened to the quiet chokes and hard sobs from the other side of the locked door--it was hard to cure a pain so deep that it riddled the body with unhealing bruises and fractures every bone within a person.

36. the first
The first kiss he ever had was with Huang and the first time he ever had sex it was with Odette; but he has two first loves and to choose between either of them was a trial that seemed all but suddenly set before him.

37. abroad
He mentioned wanting to go to London again sometime and she watched how fond his expression turned and the wistful expression in his eyes and Odette could not contain herself and asked him why, to which Faramond replied with just a smile while his eyes held the answer.

38. ring
He sets a ring upon their pillows and waits for them to get home to their surprise.

39. the ends of the earth
He would go to the ends of the Earth and even through Hades itself for the two of them.

40. belief unwavering
Even if she was a part of the White Order - even if that put them on opposite sides - he still believed in her and he always would because he would rather fall at her hands than any other's.

41. hatred
It was hard to distinguish whether that was hatred or jealousy poisoning her words.

42. fragile
"You hurt him before, you know," and those words were said with warning as he stared calmly down at the woman opposite of him and she stared right back on politely, just as calmly, because she was well aware of the pain that her actions had caused and they did not need brought up again; especially by someone such as him.

43. lonely
They had their owns lives, he understood, but a fact such as that did not stop loneliness from swelling over and clinging in control to his mind whenever they were gone.

44. sunshine
"Ain't no sunshiiiine when she's gone~," and since Huang would not stop singing that damn awful song Faramond grabbed the nearest object and chucked it at the music-lover's head; a direct connect, a cuss, and Faramond saw that 'you better run' expression in his friend's eyes but running would do no good -- Huang would only catch up.

45. foolish
It was a real foolish thing to hope for, Faramond knew, but sometimes while he lie between them both -- bodies hot and pressed against him, almost smothering -- he just wanted nothing more than all three of them to be in love.

46. dancing
While he and Odette knew how to dance it was Huang who would step on their feet and toes and nearly knock either of them down whenever they attempted to dance together; "apparently," Faramond would say with a playful smile, "you still have two left feet."

47. star counting
Huang had wanted to drag Faramond, and only Faramond, out for star gazing but somehow the blond young man had talked his friend into allowing Odette along and the three of them sat in the backseat of the older man's car, staying up at the sky and trying to ruin each other as they attempted to count just how many stars were above them.

48. sand dune
He would rather be lost in the infinite dessert of heat and sand instead of the cold of Berlin's winters.

49. bones
While there was a chill in his bones there was a heat all over his body as they kept him pressed between them; there was no mercy in their movements and he came with a rough, chest heaving gasp.

50. a curious incident
He hadn't a clue what he walked in on when he arrived back to their shared apartment that evening -- Odette's hair was a mess and an indescribably look covered her face, Huang's clothing was wrinkled and looked to be put on backwards and they both looked slightly flushed; Faramond shook off the lingering thought to be nothing more than his imagination but something about the air in the room seemed lighter, as if all the bitter tension between the two had just up and vanished into thin air.
