Suppose you have a player who has gotten pissy and ragequit after causing a kerfluffle in the game. Player is gone for a while (a couple weeks/a month/some period of time) then comes back to the mods to say "I miss the game. I'm sorry I quit like that... I would like another chance."
Do you let them back in?
Does it matter on how big the kerflufle was?
And if you do let them in, do you insist they apologize, or just let bygones be bygones?
