Hey, Mod

Sep 14, 2010 11:03

A person applied to our game and their application was challenged. You went with the challenger. (After asking my opinion, being that I play the character's brother, and then promptly going in the opposite direction, but whatever.) However, the person who didn't get the character was still a good writer, and you really, really wanted them to pick up this other much-needed character.

The person replied to your suggestion with "I'm sorry, I don't think I could play there now without being over-critical of the new [Character]. Good luck, though."

Mod, dear mod, that person is not being pissy and passive-aggressive. They do not need to untwist their panties and come around to your line of thinking. They are, in fact, being perfectly reasonable and well within their rights.

On a side note, since you asked my opinion and then ignored it, and since I wanted to play with the person you rejected, maybe you should find someone else to bitch at about this because I'm just a hair away from blocking you.
