You're the GM. ACT LIKE IT.
This is a complaint concerning another GM, not mine (both whom I usually enjoy playing under.)
I was waiting for my game to start (I had over an hour to kill before my game started, so I stuck around the student union instead of going back to my apartment.)
Anyway, there was another game being run, some of the players were junior high school age. I don't usually mind tabletop games with preteens, but when there's OoC roughhousing that ends with someone not involved in the game at all being pushed into a microwave oven, I'm not a happy camper to say the least. Another one of the players walked away from the table I sat at with a little carrying case I have to have on me at all times, laughing that he "got away" with it. Inside the carrying case is my glucometer and the lancets needed to use it. A campus security officer had to get it back for me.
I complained to the GM, and she said that they're just kids and that one needs to let them "run around".
Needless to say, I couldn't wait for my gaming session.
