Concerning a Gentleman Identified by the Moniker of Ugly.

Do note that this is a story which was heard second hand, from Mister Greek. I did not experience this particular bad roleplayer's skills in game. I have, however met the guy, and can attest to the idea that he is very likely the king of douchebags. Don't believe me? Well, it just so happens I've provided a little spot of evidence for you folks.

Water and oxygen are the two things which are closest to universal solvents I can think of. Of course, they take centuries to dissolve some things, and millions of years to dissolve others.

Well, yeah, if you want it to work on a human timescale, within human lifetimes.

You know, Ugly should have taken someone else's lead about where to go if he really, REALLY, wants the ladies.

Also, joining an anime club for that? No insult to you folks here, but when I went to my local anime club, the first impression I got from the people there was not, "who can I screw here?" but "why did I come here?"

Really, it was just him who was there for that, far as I could tell.

We had a guy come into Games Workshop trying to pick up chicks. I'm like one of 3 women I have ever seen in there XD
Some people have no idea where good places to hunt for prospective partners.

I'm glad I'm not like Ugly.

The one anime club I was in I joined to see anime... sadly the acting president at the time was there to lord themselves over the club and change things just because.

.... and I've been hit on by a girl a decade younger than me... not at the anime club though.

On the solvent thing though... had he been smart he would have gone for some sulfuric acid.

As a webcomic creator, anime fan, and rper....I shuddered through this all.

I can barely remember the last thing I made that was soluble in water. The Devil's Merciless Solvent Option is closer to a universal solvent. :p

If you really want to dissolve something, why not use Dioxygen Difluoride as the solvent? It's the only way to be sure1.

[1] Okay, so technically there is a slight difference between "dissolve in" and "react violently with", but, hey, close enough for government work, right?

'React violently with' is just dissolving really really quickly. Like, REALLY quickly.

And now I have a new blog to read. How did I never find this one before now???
