LOL! I had a mental picture of a make-shift clinic set up in a storage locker, and a silicon calking gun. Can't imagine such a "practitioner" being good to horses. Cause honestly, any reputable plastic surgeon who wants a horse would be shopping in the 5 to 6 figure range, not looking for a barter.
