It was a rare kindness to find that leaving and coming back, hadn't changed a thing. Mostly her relationship with Hurley. No questions were asked; they were simply a couple again and she for one, couldn't be more thankful.

Smiling to herself, she finished putting away the las few things she'd unpacked, and more or less straightened an already clean

Hurley knocked on the door as he stepped in.

"You, uhhh, all settled and stuff?"

"Hurley!" Penelope exclaimed with a short, excited wave. Like she hadn't just spent half the day with him yesterday. "I am, yes."

"Cool," Hurley said. "So, like, are you back in your classes now and stuff?"

It seemed an important question.

"I will be," she began to explain, "and I hope my professors will allow me to pick back up. No doubt I will have a lot of catching up to do."

"Yeah," Hurley said. "Lots of,like, extra studying and stuff. Probably gonna take a lot of time and... yeah."

"Not too much I should think. Raven has offered to help if I need it," she said, stepping over to him and reaching for his hand in an effort to tug him back to her bed so they could sit.

"Well, that's nice of her," Hurley said, totally letting her lead him to the bed. "And you've got time now to relax and... stuff."

"I do," she answered, giving him a soft smile. "I have time to relax and stuff with you."

"Awesome," Hurley said. "Cause, like... I was thinking that'd be a good idea. After all your hard unpacking."

"Definitely. I quite wore myself out with all the unpacking I did," she said, grinning and leaning into him somewhat. "I think I could use a little TLC."

Hurley slipped an arm around her, being the total smooth operator that he was.

No, really. Totally smooth. You can stop laughing now.

"You want a shoulder rub?" he asked.

He was smooth. She totally thought so.

"Really? That would feel wonderful, Hurley."

"Hey, least I can do," Hurley said, shifting a bit. "You want to lie on your stomach? That way I can just... massage it all, easier."

"Uh-huh, I can do that." Penelope took off her shoes first and set then neatly aside, then she smiled at him and made herself comfortable on her bed, on her tummy.

Hurley leaned over and started rubbing her shoulders, just... happy that she was there.

"Perfect," he said. "I mean, gives me something good to do with these hands and... stuff."

Penelope bit her lip and felt her cheeks grow warm. "I like your hands, Hurley. They feel good."
