Problem transaction with Anyastasia ****.
Months ago, I had a sale thread up on DOA and Figure.fm for a Crobicoll Ys. Anyatasia **** (real name) (Khanh Tran, ajjang, ktranng47, ai-chan, anya.pyon, Thanh Ta (possible nicknames, she never told me her nickname on forums and communities, only that she was a member)) contacted me through email on 2012-07-10 to buy the doll from me.
The first transaction was successful, she was being very nice and all, but then I realized I had made a mistake, I accidentally swapped the body with another one (I had both a M and R line body up for sale and they look quite similar despite their 5cm difference in size).
I gave her several choices, including either keeping both bodies and asking her for a very small fee ($150) to cover part of the body's price and the shipping, letting her keep the body she received and refunding her part of the money she gave me, or exchanging both bodies and me paying for the shipping as an apology.
She chose to buy both bodies, and I shipped the second one early as to not delay things any further. I even gave her an outfit as another gift to apologize.
The thing is, she never paid for the second body. (The last email I received from her telling me she will pay dates from 07-26-2012 and she hasn't responded to a single email since). She pretended, in her defense at that time, that she had lost access to the internet and couldn't contact me properly. However, I found her Youtube profile and she doesn't seem to have any trouble posting comments there...
I kept every single emails, mine and hers.
Now, I understand I made a mistake during the transaction, but I believe and was honest enough that I'm not really at fault here...
If nothing can be done, I at least wish to warn other people about her.
