Horse abuse; over half a dozen carcasses, and five starved horses (one of which was euthanized due to malnurishment, and a borken leg) are seized from a woman in Randolph county, NC.
The local rescue is short on funds, and hay -I'm sure most of you know about the hay shortage on the east coast, prices are astronomical -If anyone can give to the rescue, please do. They had apparently quit taking on new rescues due to lack of funds, and hay,
