So I'm like an Editor, but also the PA, and tech support when needed, as I am the most nedry person where I work and we need more people so multitasking is normal here. Though sometimes I think people just give up on computer problems waaaaay to quickly. seriously, spend like five minutes before asking me. One guy had typed something into Dictionary.com and then immediately called me over... disrupting me from editing, which can be stressful. He said he typed in the word, hit enter, and it like reloaded the page, nothing happened. I calmly said "You have to scroll down" he did and there was the definition.
What's worse (yes worse then that)is someone who told me hotmail wasn't working. She had typed in hotmail.com in the address box. I leaned over and hit the ENTER key and hotmail came up. If it doesn't work the first time, try again. I don't even know how this person has an email account when they have that much trouble getting to it.
