What am I thankful for? Lots of things, I guess. Family and friends, obviously. University of Waterloo and St. Paul's, as they are such awesome places to live and study. God, for all the love that He shows me. Music - who doesn't love music?? Canada, being the greatest country in which to live (as Mel Lastman would say, "Who's better than Canada? Noooooooooooobody!"). This list could go on and on for awhile, so I guess I'll stop right here.
Okay, today's Strong Bad email was one of the worst that I have ever seen. It just wasn't funny; I'm not a big fan of the Cheat's creations I guess. I like those some of those old-fashioned black and white sketches, but the Cheat's animation style just doesn't cut it for me I guess. And the voices...so annoying.
I finished my first essay for RS yesterday; I meant to do more, but after having Thanksgiving dinner I just wasn't all that motivated to do more work. I ended up doing little miscellaneous things to relax. And I watched Hollywood Squares at midnight - wow, if there is ever a game show with no point to it, that must be it.
I'm about to start my second essay for RS; I plan to spend two hours doing research, a half-hour doing an outline, and then try to write the actual essay after that. Wish me luck!
Wow, a really good old song just came on the radio by Twila Paris; I think she's one of those artists who has been around for 5 million years and never goes away, yet still makes a lot of good songs (a lot of which are now "classics").
