Texas does require an 85 on the MPRE.

But it's 85 out of 150.

I'm currently scoring an 82% on my practice tests, which comes out to be a 123.

I'm going home.

I did something very stupid tonight. I caught a cold last Tuesday. Around Saturday the cold started tapering off (at least the I-feel-like-crap part of it), but in its place I developed a lovely sinus infection in my left temple which promptly hooked up with my left ear and the molars in my upper jaw.
