For the first time ever, I REALLY care what label sells the music I want (I've always tried to support small/indie labels too, but that wasn't specific labels in general). EMI will now be selling music through the iTunes store with no DRM. You can also upgrade previously purchased music to have no DRM (if it's from EMI). DRM is a huge hassle (part of why I've mostly bought music in CD form, often used because used prices are more comparable to what you can find music on iTunes for).
