But in #11, Kristy's family pays extra so the Thomas children don't have to transfer to Kelsey. So SMS isn't the only public high school either.

Oh, right. Doesn't Charlie or Sam say that Watson and Elizabeth paid for Kristy and DM to go to Stoneybrook Schools, bt it doesn't matter for Sam and Charile because there is only one high school. I remembered it wrong the first time. :)

What about Kelsey? Unless McLelland Avenue is so far away from Bradford Court that part of the district spills into another town?
