California Diaries
For those of you who've read the California Diaries: was Sharon (Dawn's mother) ever mentioned in them other than just a passing reference? Specifically, did Sunny ever mention her?
Since Dawn was so close to Sunny's mother, it's not unreasonable to assume Sunny would've been pretty close to Dawn's mother as well, especially since they've lived next door to each other for quite some time. It's mentioned that Sunny's very close to Carol, despite her only being around for less than a year (okay, that's the time warp's fault more than anything), I guess it's a case of hard times bringing people closer together?
I don't know, it just seemed off that Sharon (in either the CDs or the parallel BSC books) never really showed much concern for Sunny's mother (jokes about being stoned aside). This may have been addressed in 'Welcome Home Mary Anne', but I don't remember...
