If you love poetry as much as I do then I know you will be in for this...
A poet/writer friend of mine is thinking about selling a book of his poetry and giving the profits to a program for inner city kids in Detroit. The book wil be a flat $15 including shipping and $11 of that will help provide funds to the program so that they can provide more for the the kids and allow for more kids to participate. A lot of pre-orders will be needed in order to make this possible. If enough messages are recieved today then the book can be a go. Then it will be a short 6-8 weeks for you to get your book and know that you have helped at LEAST one child have a better summer.
