getting there...slowly
* I've registered to do a full-day NRP course next month. I need to start reviewing the textbook now, and I expect a lot of triggers for me. This will the only the third time I've done it since Abby died.
* My school president posted a "kudos" on our school's e-bulletin board, announcing my provisional graduation from my midwifery program:
"It is possible! Janice McCaskill has completed all of her requirements for an Associate of Science in Midwifery degree. Though she is still jumping through hurdles in order to take the CMRE in Canada she will be receiving a provisional degree from MCU. This woman should be given a gold medal for enduring to the end of a journey with many obstacles. Congratulations Janice!"
* my president also sent me a couple of forms to fill out for my graduation. I'll do that first thing tomorrow.
* It's been two months since I was in Winnipeg for the Pathways/UCN orientation and I'm still waiting to hear about my assessment. I spoke with two of my fellow Pathways pals today and they haven't heard either. I emailed the program coordinator tonight, asking for an update. I realize that this is a pilot project and every step of the path is new and unknown, but I'm getting impatient.
