I was researching information about neonatal deaths (for a school assignment) and came across the provincial stats for 2006.
In 2006 (the same year Abby was born and died)
12, 427 births
124 perinatal deaths (>28 wks gestation, < 7 days old) Abby was one of them.
80 infant deaths (< 1 year of age)
49 neonatal deaths (< 4 weeks of age)
82 stillbirths, 40 of them at 28+ weeks gestation
