Work today - I did accomplish things but felt very fuzzy-headed. I blame it on staying up late to try and finish the last book of the Hunger Games trilogy. My co-worker and I moaned and muttered as we worked on stats reports and charts, and laughed as we shared some of our favorite moments from Mike & Molly. I'm almost always alone in my office so it was nice to have company today.
I made caesar salad, grilled haddock, and tater tots for supper tonight. I knew Kim would like the tater tots and it's her last supper at home for a long time :-/ She's heading back to school tomorrow, and it's back to school for the other two as well.
Kim texted me while I was at work, "we should make cookies tonight..." At supper, I told her we'd make cookies after supper and asked her, "Pumpkin oatmeal, right?" I don't think she could have nodded her head any harder - lol! So, we mixed up the cookie dough together and she's finishing up the actual baking part.
Tomorrow it's back to school for Julia and Charlotte, and Kim heads back to school too. And maybe it's time for me to maybe crack a textbook too ;-)
