This week has been much better than previous weeks at my job. I feel like I'm getting the hang out it a little bit and am being more stern with the kids. I figure if nothing else I'm getting great experience if I decide not to stay here. But, I really am starting to love the kids...at least most of them, lol. All though I have had two fights in a row (between students, two days in a row). Which is pretty interesting to witness, break up, and discipline. There's just so much aggression in so many of these kids. I feel like alot of the time I'm working on classroom management stuff and I don't have a ton of time for teaching content. It makes worried that they'll fall behind on account of me, even though my test scores have been on par with the other math and science teacher for third grade. I just want to do really well by these kids. I only have one other official class to teach today, but I think I'm going to take my DEAR time to review for the science exam today, because my homeroom students don't have science before the exam at all. Anyway, the period is almost over and I have done literally no school work (damn facebook, livejournal, email, and ebay, lol)
