Showtime is auctioning off Queer as Folk items, with proceeds going to the ACLU. (I wonder if they know about the Shallow Viewers of Elliott Stabler fund?) One of this week's items is
Justin's driver's license.
Sure, the eyecolor listed is wrong. And the address is weird. (Someone noted that a sign for Ross Street used to hang on the building for Brian's loft, which is on "Tremont Street.") Then there's the birthdate, which screws up the timeline as Justin turned 18 just before the prom, held in spring 2000. Plus, he has the same birthday as Ben, but only in season 2 because CowLip doesn't care about continuity.
But the best part of the license? Justin's photo.
He looks very...Cro-Magnon-esque. Naturally, I must make that an icon.
Also, QaF season 2 will be
released at a cheaper price in mid-October. Season 5, which damn well better have loads of extras to make up for the S4 set, will be out in mid-January.
