SO excited for the weekend. It's going to be sunny and 70 degrees and perfect. Our grass babies aren't growing and the lack of rain is to blame I'm sure. We'll try again later.
I have a performance review today which will be dumb. I had to fill out a review of myself, then my manager fills out the same review but we have to compare our stupid scores and not be embarrassed when I score myself higher than she and vice versa. Which is worse - my boss giving me a 4 where I give myself a 2 and she thinks she's been fooled cuz why do I think I suck when she thinks I rock? Or my boss giving me a 2 when I give myself a 4 cuz I think I rock and she thinks I need improvement? I guess I'd rather the latter. Rather the latter rather the latter. So the purpose of the review is so I can get my raise which I hope makes a diff in my paycheck. At least enough of a diff for this review to be worth it.
