John visiting: didn't happen this last weekend, and he's been unreachable so far, but I'll keep trying.

Planning the move: moving along
If we ever hear back from the landlord company, it'd be great. Amy's getting nervous, and I'm not exactly calm. Today, I called around and discovered it'll take close to $4K more in moving expenses and deposits and such. Geeze...
Working all the time, and I can see the end of the quarter in the near distance (a week from tomorrow). I'm still somewhat planning on going to Americus for Slam history this weekend, if all is well on their end. I've got more packing to do, more class planning and grading to do, stuff like that, but it's all falling into place pretty well.
Zoey's doing well, though I suspected I saw a new tooth tonight, which would explain the grumpiness.
Amy and I are both working hard at keeping everything working. It's pretty much going from one thing to the next with little downtime, but we're managing, though we'll need a good-sized sanity check refund in a few more weeks. We can't keep up this pace for too long.
I need to go to bed. More teaching tomorrow, of course.
