For my birthday today, my literature class brought in a small cake from the Wal-Mart bakery, a computer-printed card (signed by all of them), and a Sun Drop. I was more touched by the Sun Drop than anything, but the whole moment was about as perfect as I could have asked.
I'll be opening presents here shortly, I suspect. For the evening, I have wild plans of taking care of my daughter all night while my wife is at work. Not that I'm complaining, because I'm not. It's really a good life, even with that subject line.
