It's "anata no koui wa canon wo boutoku suru mono desu." It comes from one of my favourite lines in Attention Please. Ueto Aya offered to take JAL's golden girl's uniform to the dry cleaner's but instead decided to pull a Maid in Manhattan and wear it around the airport. When Maya Miki found out, she said the hilariously dramatic "You have just desecrated the uniform". And then I realised that 冒涜, the word for "desecrate", can also be used for the "rape" in "canonrape", and this icon was born. XD

Only a couple of years. I do my best to read and speak well, so I always force myself to try even when I know I can't read the kanji. Thank you!

Any suggestions for a good dictionary for kanji?

Do you take classes or are you self-taught?

It's been yeeeeeears since I used a kanji dictionary (now I copy-paste into dictionary.goo.ne.jp or use my electronic dictionary), so I can't tell you any specific ones, but take a look at the word lists they have below each kanji. Mine only listed words that started with that kanji, which could be a pain sometimes. I know there are some that also list words that have that kanji in the middle or at the end too, so get one of those.
