Reading through yall's comments on Crimson got me thinking about my general Season 6 impressions. I seem to have imposed a "you can only post once a month, Christina!" LJ rule on myself, so I figure I'm due

1) I loved Ollie/Green arrow in Justice. I didn't hate him in his other eps, but Justice really sold him for me. Plus, it was really hot the way he told Clark he was going off to do "what he does best." Guh, where's that guy been all season?

2) I don't like Lois, but honestly I never have. I don't find her very amusing, and the GA/Lois arc further convinced me that they don't have a real purpose for her on Smallville.

3) I love Jimmy and like Chimmy. I'm a Chlarker 4 Lyfe, but Chimmy works for me on a lot of levels. I know there's a general feeling out there that he's not good enough for her, but I totally buy Chloe being into him.

But still, I think there'll come a day when Clark finally gets over Lana. At least, I hope this season ends with Clark realizing that Lana just ain't the one, and losing her is no loss at all. What? I can dream!

But I do wish Chloe hadn't so obviously lied about choosing Jimmy in that scene. Then again, I think Jimmy had some ulterior motives throughout the episode, namely to break up the Chlark. I get him not wanting to share his girl so much, but it seemed like he also wanted to put a dent in the friendship.

4) lexana. well, I hate Lexana, but I've always thought Lex was playing Lana when he played the sap around her. At least we got blatant "This is all about me!" from clark this time. For once the Clexana stuff really worked for me.

5) 33.1 makes me happy, but they better start focusing on it more.

6) I tolerated the retro look, but this flat, drab style is unnacceptable. Go back to the Sneeze look already!

1) SInce I love guys who are a bit assholeish, I loved Ollie. And I love how snarky he was with Clark. That was refreshing. No one ever speaks to each other like normal people would on this show...people rarely say "You know what, Clark? You're dumb." Ollie did that. *luffs Ollie*

3) I used to be one of those people who thought Jimmy wasn't good enough, but I changed my mind somewhere along the way. He *adores* her, and since I adore Chloe...he gets cookies from me.

And I don't know if I agree about Jimmy trying to break Chlark up...I think he's having a normal reaction to his girlfriend spending all her free time with a guy *who isn't him*. I think he was right in basically calling a spade a spade...for a girl with a boyfriend, CHloe spends too much time with a guy who she has history with. I'd be pissed, too.

6) I LOVED HER SNEEZE HAIR!!! Her Subterrainian hair rawked, too.
