This should have a story to it. I'll try to think of one when I get the chance. I included the lazy colors, just because I love how Byakuya's fan turned out. Anyway, the dialogue would go like this:
Byakuya: ... what is it, Abarai-fukutaicho?
Renji: hey, Taichou you look really hot.
Byakuya:... what?
Renji: I never thought I'd see you sweat!
Or like this:
Byakuya:... what is it, Abarai... WHAT IS THAT?

No, there isn't anything about this that's about sex. Shame on you! Renji has just finished training the 6th division guys and since it's summer, it's okay to just be in their hakamas. Anyway the captain ain't anywhere near, so a reprimand about proper uniforms and decorum wouldn't be happening any time soon.
