(no subject)
back to normal. hah. well, as normal as things are going to get since my whole life fell apart. back to school, amazing classes, great professors, stressing out all week over getting my work done, trying to find a job, and talking to you on the phone. Added bonuses include keeping in touch with Melinda, being in Prof. Conard's class, and having a 4 day weekend. :-D
Less insanity, lack of a drama, and the ability to look past what i let my body mistake as pain. I can't wait to be back in the city. :-) Even if that does mean i have to leave some of the best people behind.... i know better times are ahead.
So these are my last few days in the valley. Amazing times with Melinda. Laying on the road looking at a full moon, and sliding around and eventually falling on not entirely solid ice. hah. Such good times. I love the randomness, her spontaneous nature, our in-depth conversations, and daydreaming about alternate universes where it doesn't matter if we exist or not... playing like we're dead and life just goes on and we see no one and know no one. Yeah, we're a little crazy. That's the way it should be though. I'm going to miss her so much, but i know when i get back we can just pick up where we left off.
Chicken wings later, maybe, spending time with *you now that you're back to being You. hah. Luckily. Melinda at some point today, packing and dinner at Twigs with the family tomorrow, and spending the day in the city with my mom on Thursday. Then, back in school mode, picking up my books, returning others, getting a head-start on reading (cause that's All i'll be doing next semester), and finding a damn job. All very exciting.
Can't wait to pick up where i left off with school, you, me, and the city.
