I will do the following.....
I will take my health and fitness seriously. I will drag my ass into the gym as much as I can and when I can't I will do circuits at home instead.
I WILL cut down on my alcohol. No more binging, no more feeling depressed the morning after....I will jump back onto my online support program and print off the cards again. I will become the kind of person who can have 1 or 2 drinks and say no more and no more drinking during the week even if Im on the late start!
**In reference to both of these plans when I do drink I will stick to wine or Low Carb XXXX Beer to minimise my calorie intake.
I will spend a good solid day soon gardening and making the outside of our house as pretty as the inside. I will also continue my mission of de-cluttering our house and focus on bringing an oriental feel into our decor.
I will get myself down to the beach this summer...it will be my first time in 3 years and even if I don't swim I will at least sit on the sand.
Cannot think of anything else, this was pretty random stuff but theres not alot on my mind except for a few long term plans that I need to take care of regarding myself.
