Water is the word of the day...
I feeeeeeeel liiiiikkkkeee crraaappppp!
Sunday morning, stuck at work...have had such a nice weekend with my mancakes that I didn't want to leave him this morning. We went out with some of the boys last night to the Werribee Pool Hall and although I was the only one not drinking (DD and also starting work ar 8am today) I had a ball. It's really funny but Bren's friends are who I would consider my closest friends too and I love that I am treated as one of the group....not just "Brendon's missus" but an actual member of the group. If Bren goes out without me they all get uppety and go "where's em, why didn't she come out?"
So yes had a lovely time with that.
Friday was an interesting day....and by interesting I mean complete headfuk!
Managed to back my car into our outside tap and completely break the thing in half. Water was spilling up into the air and I got completely soaked. Bren had to come out and turn the water off and one of Jess's friends who is a plumber had to come out after work and fix it which meant we had no water until about dinner time....I had to drive to mums to use the toilet all day!
So yes that was a nightmare and a lesson well learned about parking my car abit better on the lawn.
Then Friday night Paige and Jess wanted to stay over so we had a girls night. Jess and I drank champers and we all watched twilight and played monopoly. It's funny but I feel like Paige is my blood little sister (she is brendon's half sister) and even Jess (my big sister) feels the same way aswell. Friday night felt like 3 sisters having a girls night I do feel like I have an amazing extended family with Brendon's family.
Ohh and yes yesterday we ended up going costume shop and got our outfits for the Halloween Party next weekend. Brendon is going as prince charming and I am cinderella. We got these amazing victorian outfits, they cost an arm and a leg to hire but so worth it.
Brendon's outfit is abit like this (except without hat and is maroon and gold):
And mine is abit like this (except it is pale blue like cinderella's dress):
I think we are going to look ace, and I've always had an obsession with 18th century and medieval clothes so any excuse to wear a frock like this is great. They've even given me a hoop to wear under the dress and all!
Ok thats about it for me, Im hungry, feel kind of sick and very very tired. Can't wait to get home I think I will lay in bed and watch True Blood and be a complete lazy bitch!
