Poor Customer Service
I have just returned to work from BJ's where I went with Christine to buy a butt load of binders for the Community groups at church. About 2 weeks ago, we went there, bought binders, they gave us the tax exempt and we were on our merry way.
Today. New story. Loaded up the binders. Got in line. Lady says that we could do self check out and we inform her that we can't because we have to have someone type in the tax exempt code. She comes back a few seconds later and tells us another line just opened and we could be helped right away. Well, the lady working that line = LAZY. She told us we had to go to customer service bc she COULDN'T do tax exempt. EVEN THOUGH we told her we did it just a few days ago.... So we get to customer service. IDIOT there tells us that we can't have tax exempt using MY BJ's card bc it was a personal card and the the business card associated with the TE#... EVEN THOUGH THEY DID IT A FEW DAYS AGO!!!!
GRRRR!!!! So, we went to the self check out. THEN we had to have our cart checked on the way out. Standard there, no big deal. The old man took 5 minutes to count every binder individually... even though there are NO BINDERS (or anything for that matter) to steal between check out and exiting....BJ's = STUPID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
