Still walking Chewie, should have to note here that it IS powerwalking no morning stroll for sure ;)

Also bought some weights and have been working out my arms and stuff every other day, doing sit-ups and squats, plus old ballet exercises.

I feel good, butt is shaping up, waist is getting smaller, and most importantly I'm feeling better.
