Been doing really well with my exercise...thing? I'd wondered what the difference was when at 22 I did the same stuff I do now, but eat better now (no bottles of wine and a box of twinkies a night = /) and could lose weight then easy peasey but couldn't manage to lose weight now.
Seems like it was just as simple as one walk a day (though as Jason saw today, I don't stroll!!! Walking iz serious bizness with me, he couldn't keep up muahahaha). The walking is making other things easier to do. I'm walking, doing squats, sit-ups, took a swim today and swam laps till I thought my arms and legs would turn in to noodles. But it felt great. Absolutely awesome. Also bought weights, they should be here on Monday or Tuesday and will start adding them to the walking and other stuff.
Down a shirt size from 18 to 14/16 and down half a pant size (so instead of 18 I'm rocking a 17 almost 16 but not quite, grrrr lol) calves are tightening up, getting my waist back, still got hips that won't quit, but that's always been the case, mom didn't call them birthing hips for no reason ;)
Overall my stress is less, my mind is clearer, and I'm HAPPIER.
