My  comments as usual are in lime. I've highlighed certain points from the act. Thanks to http://www.govtrack.us/congress/billtext.xpd?bill=h109-4239  which is where I've been reading the bill. So Vist them for the complete bill

`(b) Penalties-

`(1) ECONOMIC DAMAGE- Any person who, in the course of a violation of subsection (a) causes economic damage not exceeding $10,000 shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 1 year, or both.

`(2) SIGNIFICANT ECONOMIC DAMAGE OR ECONOMIC DISRUPTION- Any person who, in the course of a violation of subsection (a), causes economic damage or economic disruption exceeding $10,000 but not exceeding $100,000 shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both.

`(3) MAJOR ECONOMIC DAMAGE OR ECONOMIC DISRUPTION- Any person who, in the course of a violation of subsection (a), causes economic damage or economic disruption exceeding $100,000 shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 10 years, or both.

`(4) SIGNIFICANT BODILY INJURY OR THREATS- Any person who, in the course of a violation of subsection (a), causes significant bodily injury to another individual or intentionally instills in another the reasonable fear of death or serious bodily injury shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both. (Why the fuck are injuries to people given under 5 but lost of company revenue and profit exceeding 100,000$ 10 years? SO.. Basically...  your money takes priority to your workers. Good Job. Also note that to date no deaths or injuries have been aflicted by AR "Terrorists" such as the A.L.F. [ who's mandate includes the safety of all animals, inculding humans are not to be harmed in raids and the upmost procautions are to be taken to assure safety].

(7) CONSPIRACY AND ATTEMPT- Any person who conspires or attempts to commit an offense under subsection (a) shall be subject to the same penalties as those prescribed for the substantive offense. (!!!!!!)

(d) Definitions- As used in this section--

`(1) the term `animal enterprise' means--

`(A) a commercial or academic enterprise that uses or sells animals or animal products for profit, food or fiber production, agriculture, research, or testing; ( I do like how they stated that it reffers to enterprises which USE animals for Profit.. and not some other sort of bs)

It does have a section there on not including lawfull "economic disruption"  I wonder what that means. (I'm going to assume that perhaps it means that veg*ns are not going to be thrown in jail for not buying meat. But like I said I don't fully understand that section). Apprently this only has part of the bill (from when it was first brought up). So i'm still trying to locate a copy of the current, present and passed bill. This has still gotten me pretty pissed tho.
