So I'm letting you all read the letter I sent Nicole. It's not threatening or even the least bit "mean." See if you agree:

I think it's time I wrote you a message that is coming directly from me on my own name. I'm sorry that things didn't work out with Alfie, but that doesn't mean that you can send Adam messages about how you should sneak away for a weekend and how much you miss him. It really pisses me off that you're still trying to get back with my boyfriend. I'm trying to be rational and civil right now, but you might try to tell people that I'm being psycho by writing to you. I really don't care what people think, but I do care that you constantly call Adam and tell him how much you miss him. Once again, I'm sorry that things didn't work out between you and Alfie. I don't know either of you, nor do I want to try to say anything about that, but you have to understand where I'm coming from. Imagine if his ex girlfriend constantly sent him messages and called him all the time saying how much she missed him and wanted to hang out with him. Adam and I made a pact that I wouldn't hang out with my ex and he wouldn't hang out with his. I'm not trying to be mean or psychotic, but please understand that I'm extremely frustrated by you constantly trying to get back with my boyfriend. Please.. just lay off for a while..
