I've been re-watching S6 of Supernatural over the holidays. I still find Robo!Sam disturbingly hot, but what's really striking me this re-watch is how amazingly well Jared played him - he's still Sam, but slightly 'off', and Jared managed to convey that very subtly. I've just watched A Very Supernatural Christmas again, from Season 3, and damn! if it doesn't break my heart every time, Sam and Dean in that motel at the end, trying to do 'normal' and have a Christmas together.
