is no sunshine for a long time
i went and picked up my stuff yesterday

it was like communism or anarchy, a great idea but in practice a failure

but there's daylight in my window and a new number in my phone
and a football game on today and an awesome roomie to watch it with
and a bracelet i need to keep wearing to remind me of my physical success
i am officially the lowest weight i've been since high school,
i.e. in the best shape of my adult life

must keep focusing on the positive...
