May I just say (yet AGAIN!) that Wil Wheaton is awesome? Thank you. Also, having a significant other who >gets< the jokes and references is even more Awesome.

i decided to split off certain subjects from my main journal and now have a Second Life journal. nothing extensive or Sim shaking, just my little travels thru the world, my reactions and stores and events i thought were good. i'm still having problems with posting pictures, but i'm sure that will be fixed soon. for those who are interested the link ( Read more... )

was thinking of making up a separate LJ to make it strictly a Second Life journal. problem is, i don't know if friends here want to read about SL -and- normal life or not. and i don't really post whole bunches about just SL stuff. maybe if i had a separate account then i would post most pics and stuff, but then again, i'm not on there a whole lot. i keep meaning to post all about last Sunday's Girl Scout trip, but i've not been feeling well. i stayed home from work Tues because i wasn't feeling well and Wed and Thurs because the baby developed a cough and kept me up all night. of course, Thurs i would have stayed home anyway, because baby or not, i couldn't sleep. my brain just kept whirling ( Read more... )

another good post on why we love Second Lifeand i looked for a dog and ended up fostering one instead of actually adopting. i wanted to adopt it, but we just don't have the money at the moment, then the lady said "How about just fostering it then?" seems the dog was out in a kennel/pen and had actually very little socialization. i'm a firm believer ( Read more... )
