I've just had one of those conversations with my dad that I know I'm going to remember for a long time. We talked about some long overdue and underlying issues concerning all three of us. To think all this spawned from a speeding ticket. *sigh*

Mom's getting out of the hospital today. *cheers* She's bringing home some machinery that will help prevent her CO2 levels from rising again.

I also start school today for which I'm very happy, I finally have something to do.

I had to drive mom there last night. The good news is that it's not cancer and that they let us go home. The bad news is that it's her heart. But the doctor said that she wasn't going to die, it's just that most of her blood isn't getting the oxygen she needs.

They're going to schedule an echo soon. They said they'd call us when they got the time.

And not just the usual issues with job hunting.

My Mom started a vacation week 2 weeks ago. She hasn't gone back to work because of anxiety issues. It was her intention to go back to work on Monday this past week. Mom's been in a bad mood lately. I know she's been really stressed from work but I feel like I'm walking on eggshells and it's getting tiring.
