Now down to brass tacks..
I'm not the world's optimist, especially not lately, but i will say that i do believe you can change who you and and accomplish greater things with confidence than without. Basically what ryan is saying is that with Confidence you're more likely to go out and TRY to get those things you've always said you could never have...it doesnt mean that you'll succeed, but it DOES mean that you tried at something you normally wouldnt have taken the chance on. aka balls out *cough* thank you *cough*
As far as never changing and still hating yourself- then maybe it is time for a change. Try something else on. Changing can be a very benifical - everyone goes through it and to say that you have never changed *ever* in you're entire life seems misleading... if you dont like who you are- change it, if you dont like your environment- change that or go somewhere else...whatever it is in life that is not "the perfect fit" you can always change that... especially when "that" thing which does not fit is you...
100% of the chances you dont take -- never work out.
PS- i SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO wanna go on Made and ask to be ryan murphy...how awesome would that be!?! maybe i can even meet you and you'll be my personal trainer!!!!! OMG....what an idea ::light bulb::
