Wow, I can't believe my first entry for 2010 got adjourned this late into late January. In fact, I can't overall believe how seldom I use LJ to write down what has happened in my life these days. I just don't feel up to it when I happen to have free time. Usually when I'm left with free time it's preceded by many hours of intense studying after which my mind is so wrapped around the subject even after I've abandoned the text books that I'm like a living zombie, uncapable of doing anything intelligent because my mind's still lingering on whatever it it I finished reading. Or then I spend it with my friends. Either or. Besides, I hate to admit it but today whenever I have something I to say that I feel like writing down somewhere, so that other peeps who may not speak to me on daily basis could see it as well, I just log in on Facebook and write it in there. I should try starting to use my LJ more often again. I used to enjoy writing journal entries for my own fun when I still didn't stress this much of the damned entrance exams and certainly don't want something like facebook to surpass LJ's use. I'm also sorry I haven't been commenting on anyone's personal entries. ._.' All I've been using LJ for lately is to only check the turtlecest community whenever I can, ahaha. (Expect for today when I searched for a new layout. Nice, isn't it?) /End of confession rant./

Yeaah, moving on.
Like many of you have probably noticed, this winter has been colder than your average winter all over the world. (or, well, at least in Europe if the weather casts are to believe.) So, as Finland is well known of snow and its winter, you can guess how frikking cold it has been in here. For the past few weeks the temperature hasn't fallen under -20 celcius, mostly hanging onto the approximate -23 celcius. Even though the weather is too cold for doing much anything at all outside, I still love it and what it has done to the view. All the trees are covered with the most beautiful frost that makes it look like we'd live in a wonderland of sort. ♥ I was even inspired to take a few pictures yesterday when I was taking Lucas out for a walk for a very short moment. He doesn't like to stay outside for long when it's this cold. Anyway, the only actual con of this weather in addition and partly relating to the extreme coldness in my assessment is that one can catch a cold more easily. Which, frankly, I think I've done. But, instead of my lamenting the possibly nascenting cold and cough, have some random tree shots instead! No, I changed my mind, have them!
Edit: Oh for crying out loud, for some idiotic reason photobucket uploads my vertical photos as horizontal and doesn't let me change them! Ugh, I'm too tired to try to solve this out right now, so no photos. Again. >:
Oh what the fffff, photobucket only uploads pictures as vertical if they're saved as PNG?!
