During the winter, we were thinking of buying a place. However, because we didn't have enough saved up, that idea was scrapped. In the aftermath of that wonderful experience, we figured that we would stay in our place, save up money and then go out and buy.
I don't mean to use the word 'we' as a royalty, just me and Adam.
In the past two weeks, Adam asked me if I still wanted to move into a larger place. Of course.
So a few days ago I slipped a note into our building manager's mailbox. Yesterday she called. Apparently there is a lady at the end of the hall, same floor, who wants to move from her two bedroom into a one.
She has kids. I've seen them. Maybe she's getting a divorce. Who knows.
In any case, we may be moving again in a few months. Our lease is up at the end of March.
How we're going to move is actually more curious than it should be. Like, are we going to just line up our stuff up and down the hall while she moves her things into our apartment? It's doubtful that the manager is going to go in and repaint.
Which brings me to now. I'm tidying up the place, bit by bit. I'm avoiding the homework again...
