So exhausted...got very little sleep last night...diet plateau is annoying...work in 30 minutes...hope my car starts...dishes need washing.

After a nice weekend I am left very tired. I could not sleep at all last night, if I make through work today I will certainly make sure to get to bed very early tonight. I happen to have a 5 hour energy drink in my car which I plan to drink before work- I don't often use these but today I feel like I need to, though I am sure my wheat grass shake will help a lot.

My diet weight loss has hit a plateau but I am only mildly annoyed by it. I woke up hungry this morning so I'll have to eat something with my meal replacement shake- the shake should be enough on its own but I tend to feel queasy when I don't eat something solid in the morning...so I'll just add a 100 cal granola bar. Breakfast total will be around 300 cals total. My B-day is in 9 days so I have made a weight loss goal to reach before it. Looks like I need to loose around 2.8lbs...not unreasonable but I'm not going to go out of my way to make sure I reach it. I will stick to my daily routine and if I get there I get there. Not reaching a goal one week no longer upsets me. I am in this for the long term results and will not let this plateau make me feel bad. If I can loose 6 lbs/month during the duration of my job I will be very happy. I guess I'll ust keep it up and see what happens.

Down 32 lbs total.
