tiredness....*sigh*

ok... well im so tired. after another day of greuling work out in the fields of my highschool marching... marching band is very fun... but im just too damn tired. we get there at 7(i havent even adjusted to wake up that damn early) and march till 11. mini 10 minute breaks inbetween. you think its easy?

heres a little simulation. go outside make sure the temperature is over 100 degrees. ok now get an object about 10 lbs(if you want a challenge then pick a 40 lb one. the drums and tubas are 40 lbs... but luckily i have a clarinet.) make sure the object is long, like a clarinet. now, with the left hand put your 4 fingers on the front of the object and the thumb on the back. then on your right hand put your hand below your left by a couple of inches and do the same. now, feet together, stomach in, chest out, shoulders down, head up, and fix your eyes at something. bring the object 5 inches or so away from your body hold it mid range, inbetween your torso and neck. now take a step forward keeping the position. BUT step off with your left foot. just one step. ok, so you think its easy? haha i beg to differ. with your left foot out bring the toe up, now with your right foot bring the heel up. balance inbetween the two. so your toes are up(people should be able to see the sole of the shoe) and your heel is up(again. able to see the soles) hold that position for about 20 minutes. youll start to feel the burn in the calves and the muscles near your shin. :) easy huh? lol i havent even started with slides and backwards marching....

ok whatever.. im tired... and to make it worse night practices(just for playing) makes your lips tired... so im practically beat by the end of the day. so FUCKING TIRED. i havent been bale to do anything... all i do is: go to practice, go home. eat something. slep. get up for night practice. go home. sleep. go to morning practice. go home. eat something. sleep. get up for night practice. etc etc etc... UGH
