Well, my new job is INSANELY busy but so far so good. Some things don't change - like the type of people who work in cafes. We're all the same and will one day take over the world. Beware of your local barristas.
By August I might be able to become a lead. One of the leads is leaving and they will need a new one. I have more experience than almost everyone working there. One of their leads is only 18 and I'm 20. Hmm. I'm excited about the opportunity. My luck they will pick someone else though since I'm "new" to the store. I'll just have to do my best :) I'm still astounded at how busy it gets. Old store - two closers. New store - four closers.
Wow. I'm actually feeling kinda tired. I also escaped working the midnight magic party at B&N, but I do have to work the next morning. That's okay though. I'm working a 9-3 and that means I'll have the whole day to READ HP. Gah, I'm insanely happy about it all.
