Courtesy of the Resident Geek and the Beeb, today's Extremely Silly: as one who knows and loves Parisians well (honestly, I lived there for two years), I found this absolutely priceless.  The fact that one of the mayors concerned is a conservative and the other a Socialist just puts the icing on the traffic-chaos cake...
