I really must get better at noting and posting these at the time - otherwise they're not exactly the mindfulness exercises they were meant to be!
Happything for Monday: cycling to bellringing practice and being at least 5 minutes (and the best part of a mile) closer than previously!
Happything for Tuesday: pottering around one of our local homeware shops, Dunelm Mill, picking up things like extra coathangers so I could hang up all my long dresses in the amazing new wardrobe.
Happything for Wednesday: the Resident Geek's yummy meatball and tomato stew, which was ready as I came in the door tired and hungry :-)
Happything for Thursday: my favourite Library Helpdesk enquiry of the week: "Would you mind taking a photo of me with my dissertation," [she'd just had it printed and bound, and was off to submit it] "for me to send to my Mum?"
Happything for today, Friday 18th March: the chunks of fresh pineapple the Resident Geek has put in my lunchbox. Sooo sweet and juicy. (Eating that right now, so being a bit mindful at last.)
